Upcoming Scheduled Dates:

Chronic stress alerts the body to release stress hormones, increase blood pressure and heart rate, tighten muscles, suppress the immune system and minimize blood flow to the digestive and reproductive system. It can create chronic shoulder tightness, headaches, low back problems and many other stress-related conditions.

With the regular practice of deep relaxation, your body will begin to remember how it feels to be completely relaxed, and the essence of that relaxed state will stay with you longer. As your stress reduces, so is anxiety, fear, and depression, helping you to cope better under emotional strain and with all aspects of your life. On a more subtle level, restorative yoga aids us in the practice of letting go, and experiencing the benefits of effortlessness directly.

Learn to experience deep relaxation, sleep better, and allow your body to heal itself.

To insure that there are enough props for everyone we recommended that, if you have your own mats, blankets, bolsters or blocks, you bring these with you.

Come bring your yoga off the mat and onto someone else! This workshop is perfect for both the beginner and the well-versed AcroYogi. AcroYoga aims to bring yogic awareness to the power and grace of acrobatics. Confidence, concentration, trust and agility are all elements that support the embodiment of an acrobat and can help any person feel more empowered in their daily lives. By expanding the range of the physical body, we learn to trust ourselves and others, realizing our collective potential. As we remove self-imposed limits, we are walking on the path towards liberation. All of these very yogic ideals shine through the practice of acrobatics. The elements shared in this offering consist of: strength-building techniques and the AcroYoga asana sequence, partner balancing, acrobatic flying, inversions and spotting techniques. With these new tools students will have a fresh perspective on how to enhance their practice and their approach to others. No partner is necessary, 6 months of yoga practice recommended.

Many people say that Thai massage is like doing yoga - without the work! Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment.
