The Bhagavad Gita inspires us to find freedom through self-discipline. It lays out mutliple methods appropriate for different people and shows the goal of each path is identical. This workshop will focus on the bandhas and kumbhaka and is intended to build upon the teachings of the previous workshop in this Pranayama series.

*Class is appropriate for already-existing students of Chris Coniaris as well as those who already have an established pranayama or meditation practice. If you wish to attend this workshop, but are unsure whether or not you qualify, please contact the studio to obtain permission from the instructor.

**Snacks and tea will be provided at the break(s)
