Benefit Class with Jason Magness

Last month our beloved Ashtanga teacher, Lisa Schrempp, experienced a fire in her home. Because of this unfortunate event she will have to replace most of the items that were lost in her massage therapy room and make repairs to the space before she can resume her Ayurvedic massage practice, potentially costing upwards of several thousand dollars. In an effort to assist her with the enormous cost of replacing the many items lost in the fire as well as the cost of repairing her home, we wish to offer Lisa the proceeds from this Sunday’s Benefit class. Join us as we practice together to honor Lisa’s beautiful spirit as a teacher, a generous friend and a pillar of the yoga community….
